Little Oak is a five bedroom house set in the beautiful countryside of Mid-Devon and yet is close to the M5 motorway, a direct rail link to central London and other major transport links.

Little Oak is a large house where everyone has their own bedroom with their own TV point, desk and comfortable chair. There is a large lounge with Sky TV, DVD and video and in addition a smaller quiet room with a Playstation 2, computer and Hi-fi is also provided.

The kitchen and dining room are very much the heart of the house, the place where young people gather to eat their meals and just to chat or play games.

The gardens at Little Oak are large and great fun to explore. There are a couple of swings as well as seating areas for BBQs. In the gardens we also have a small go-kart track with a 2 seater buggy. Use of this facility is subject to the behaviour of the young person.
