Phoenix Childcare Ltd is run by people with many years experience of working within the residential childcare sector. Together this group of people have developed their experiences into a residential service that is effective and enjoyable for the young person and cost effective for the placing agency.

Phoenix Childcare Ltd believes that every young person should be given the environment, support and opportunity to succeed. Further, we believe that almost every young person could benefit from an increase in their feeling of self worth and all staff are trained towards this end in the theories of Maslow. The units operate an ongoing programme called S.E.E. (Self Esteem Explosion) designed to integrate self esteem actions into many aspects of the daily routine.
